All of my dessert pieces are carefully handcrafted utilizing only the finest ingredients available, such as Neilen-Massey Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Madecasse Organic Extracts, Valrhona and Scharffen Berger Fine Chocolates, King Arthur Cake Flour and the freshest fruits and essences.
