Falafel Stop is a new fast service restaurant in Sunnyvale serving authentic Middle-Eastern Falafel, Sabich (pita stuffed with fried eggplant and hard boiled eggs) and humus. Our Falafel is served just like throughout the Middle-East, inside (not wrapped!) a freshly baked pita bread including salad, homemade tahini sauce and traditional hot sauce. However unlike its modern counterparts, Falafel is

consider to be highly nutritious with high-quality protein, complex carbohydrates, and soluble fiber, which has been shown to be effective at lowering blood cholesterol. We at Falafel Stop believe that great foods require great ingredients and that great service creates a great experience for customers. The freshness and quality of our ingredients, coupled with our traditional methods for preparing and serving Falafel, will offer our customers a unique, memorable experience.
