Noodle Talk 福牛堂 Noodtalk is an authentic style food hailing from the province of Hunan in China. All three restaurants have very good revenues annually.

We aim to provide the most authentic Hunan- styled Chinese cuisine with the healthiest ingredients with less grease and less sodium. We are famous for Rich Asia Fusion, with our first restaurant opening in Sunnyvale in 2015. In less than three years, we opened two more locations in Los Altos and San Jose. We have the vision to expand aggressively, leveraging the successful formulas we have put into place with the first three restaurants. In part, this success is due to the principal’s record of entrepreneurial experience in China. We now want to elevate the food experience from a less casual dining one to a high-end motive. We are heavily funded by investors to open as many restaurants as the market will allow.
