Meet the Chef menu for July 31st from 6:30 to 8:30 pm

6:30 it starts with a glass of refreshing White Wine Sangria

First Course - Crab cake with remoulade sauce

Second Course - Chicken and andouille sausage gumbo

Third Course - Pan seared chicken with a mustard sauce along with brussel sprouts

Fourth Course - Peach cobbler topped with vanilla bean ice cream and an Expresso Martini

During the event you will hear from Cierra herself about how she became a chef, details on the courses being eaten and answering questions.

Price per person is $65.00. Reservations are limited to 14 guests to keep it private and relaxing. Additional drinks are available for purchase that evening.
