Fried yeast donuts are something I have dreamed of making gluten free for a long time. Through lots of recipe testing, I believe I have finally nailed it! Finally, a donut that isn't as heavy as a brick and doesn't get dry and stale a few hours after frying. Can't wait to share these with you! 🍩 🩷
