Brisket Biscuit!
1. Get yourself a good biscuit 2. Fry up some eggs. I do mine over easy with a proper amount of seasoning
3. Separate biscuit and pile on the brisket smoked with royal oak charcoal. 4. Add cheese of your choice. I went with pepper jack. 5. Drop that egg on top of the cheese. 6. Top with biscuit and smash!
