Good afternoon all! Well, It's a week into February and spring is just six weeks away. Normally I'd be looking forward to getting outside and working up a few new recipes, but this year is going to be a bit different. There is a host of things i'd like to do with my wife and kids, and there is no better time than now. Softball practice is starting in just a couple weeks, looking at some weekend trips out with the family, maybe some kayaking with the girls, the list goes on and on. This has honestly been a really easy decision to make for me and I am really looking forward to what this year has in store for us. So instead of getting ready for the next cook throughout this year, I think i'm going to spend every moment I have at the ballfield or wherever else I need to be to enjoy what matters most. Having said that, Burnt End Q Co. will not be actively taking on events until further notice. I appreciate all of the support over the last couple years and want to thank everyone who has reached out to us for our brand of real, wood fired, pit cooked bbq.
