Now you know—

I price my grazing tables per person rather than by the length of the table because the size of the table does not determine how much food is needed. A longer table does not always mean more food, and a smaller table can require a substantial amount depending on the number of guests.

I also do not simply over-set packaged items to fill space. Every grazing table is thoughtfully designed based on the celebration, guest count, and overall vision. I want each display to feel personalized, abundant, authentic, and intentional, not like a standard package that looks the same at every event. This ensures my clients receive a beautiful grazing experience with the appropriate amount of food for their guests while allowing each celebration to be truly unique.

48 feet of grazing tables for Trek’s 50th Anniversary!

What a journey this event was! Feeding 1,400 guests was no small feat. After a full week of preparation, six dedicated team members spent six hours carefully organizing, styling, and setting up 48 feet of grazing tables overflowing with fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, breads, dips, and sweet treats.

Events like this truly take a village, and we are incredibly grateful for the family, friends, and team members who helped bring this vision to life. Seeing it all come together was worth every minute of planning and preparation.

What a week it’s been!

The Flavors team has been hard at work preparing for our largest event ever — three grazing tables serving 1,400 guests!

This incredible opportunity has truly taken on a life of its own, and we couldn’t have done it without the amazing support of our family and friends who have jumped in to help along the way. We are beyond grateful for every hand, every hour, and every bit of encouragement.
