Chef Charles is featuring a hand-cut 12oz ribeye, grilled to perfection and topped with sautéed onions and bell peppers, then finished with our bold, Firecracker sauce. This dish is served alongside tender sautéed asparagus and crispy roasted potatoes tossed in rosemary compound butter and finished with Parmesan cheese!
