𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱. ❤️
When the 𝗠𝘆𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗝𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 first stepped off a plane and chose South Carolina as our new home, we could never have dreamed of the life that would follow.
We started with very little, but we had family, faith, a willingness to work, and a place we were determined to call home.
𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀. It’s where we chose to start our family business, raise our family, and build a life one day at a time.
Decades later, moments like this leave us bursting with joy and gratitude.
Our Mamu was recently presented with a personal South Carolina Senate coin by State Senator Tom Fernandez, who, along with his wife, has become a regular customer and a wonderful friend to our family over the past couple of years.
To some, it may simply be a coin. 𝗧𝗼 𝘂𝘀, 𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿.
It reminds us just how far our family has come — from arriving in South Carolina with humble beginnings to being embraced and recognized by the community we chose to call home.
𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗴𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗮 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲. 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. And through Myles & Jun, we’ve had the privilege of sharing a little piece of our family with all of you.
Senator Fernandez and your wonderful wife, thank you for your friendship, for this incredibly meaningful gesture, and especially for the love you have shown Mamu and the entire Myles & Jun Family. ❤️
