Today, August 16, people all over the world are being invited to do one ridiculously simple thing together. ๐—”๐˜ ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ ๐—”๐—  ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ, everyone claps ONE TIME.

No politics. No religion. No agenda.

Around the world, friends, families, neighbors and complete strangers will gather. Some cities are turning it into whole celebrations with music, food and local artists.

Then, at the coordinated second, everybody claps together. For one second, the world moves as one. Not because of a tragedy. Not because of a crisis. Just a peaceful, voluntary moment celebrating the fact that we're all here.

Yโ€™all, it is HOT out there. We gotta help clear this shelter out and get these babies into homes.

This very good boy is Handsome, a 3ยฝ-year-old Pit Bull currently being fostered in Summers Corner, and he needs a forever home.

Heโ€™s house trained, great with kids, knows basic commands, walks well on a leash, rides great in the car, and is basically a professional napper and cuddle buddy. He loves being outside, loves his people, and would very much like to claim a spot on your couch.
