I’ll be honest. I wanted our final party to go bad. I wanted to walk away thinking that nobody cares and not have a single doubt about closing the doors. It didn’t go that way. The house was packed with more people than I had time to shake hands with and thank for their years of business.
People came from out of state and every holler in the county.
The word bitter sweet was said all night. I’m happy to not be in the service industry, but I am gonna miss this place.
I want to thank everyone and Nicholas county for nearly 6 years of being our customers. It was a roller coaster ride but one I’ll never forget.

Now, my great friends, Scott and Tricia are bringing in the next era of 805 Broad street.
Flying Jacks, Michelle’s, Deep water, The LocaL 805 and now Black Flags BBQ

I want to wish them all the success in the world! I couldn’t ask for a better couple to hand the keys over to.

Again, I can’t say it enough. Thank you Nicholas County for 6 awesome years!!

I went through my phone last night and deleted about 3 thousand old food and flyer photos from the the past six years. Hard to believe the time has come and it’s our final weekend.

The doors open at 4pm today and tomorrow. Tonight is the last karaoke and tomorrow is The Last pour with Three's Company Groove taking the stage!

The very first customers we had back in 12/28/20 and they signed and dated our very first dollar.

Lots of memories and it’s hard to believe it’s our final week. Gonna be lots of specials going on this week and lots of “last times.”
