We prepare boneless chicken stuffed with boudin or sausage. We have boudin or sausage in 5 # boxes ready for travel. You can also find Louisiana gifts and souvenirs in our gift shop. After 24 years of serving SWLA as Lebleu’s Landing and The Sausage Link, the Downs family has officially moved to Toledo Bend Lake to begin our newest venture as Big Bass Marina. We want to thank all of our loyal customers & our dedicated employees for so many wonderful years. We will continue to offer our signature boudin, sausage, seasonings, deer processing services and more at our newly renovated Big Bass Marina. Please like & follow to keep up to date with us as our family begins this new adventure. Lebleu’s Landing will continue to operate through Saturday, April 19th.

Join us in welcoming David & Amanda Trahan, owners of Paradise Grill & Daiquiris Sulphur, as the new owners of the incoming Cajun Charlie’s. We wish them all the best and know you will support them as much as you’ve always supported us.
