I’m 💯 okay w/ this 1 Star review. There is nothing we can do about this. Our policy is we I.D everyone when they order Frose. Just last week we had an undercover SLED agent try to order. We have made that mistake in the past. To make sure this never happens we I.D everybody. The only person who is allowed to approve someone ordering Frose w/out an I.D is me, and unfortunately I was not there. I’m sorry Sarah, hopefully you have already moved on from this and are enjoying being married. Have a wonderful Honeymoon. But the is a reminder that we I.D everyone ordering Frose. Just our policy so we never have any issues. Happy to give you some free Frose if you are still in town. Just bring your I.D.

So we all know I love CC but at this point I think she’s also my favorite athlete, man or woman. For those that don’t know, the league she plays in is a complete train wreck. And she continues to take the high road. My daughter is too young to comprehend the amazing lesson she can learn from Caitlin but I’m 50 and have learned a lot. Watching games w/ my daughter watching Caitlin has been priceless. We put on our jerseys and it’s such an incredible experience. But the WNBA has created an absolute toxic environment and CC refuses to buy into it. She is the league, she knows it and she is doing an absolutely incredible job trying to keep her sanity while playing at the highest level. She spoke about hate recently and it really woke me up. I agree. I’ve done so much for good in this town. Several charity matches, an incredible story requesting donors for MUSC, even lost dogs and most importantly missing kids. Yet I wake up to 13 Reddit posts about how bad of a person I am. From no one that knows me. Well I do get the few that get fired from our managers and go to social about me but I have to ask the manager which one that was. One right now in Tik Tok that I actually loved and had a great relationship w/. Or thought I did. But I haven’t fired an employee since 2019. I’m an owner, I’m not someone’s boss. Anyway, we are in such a dark place right now w/ division. CC said it best. My advice is to take the high road. I’ll do that moving forward. Someone gives us a 1 Star for something I feel differently about I’ll just kill them w/ kindness. Me blowing them up doesn’t help. It’s funny but I’m done. I’m going w/ positivity. You won’t hear a negative thing from me as it’s contagious. ❤️❤️❤️

So I have officially fired myself from “running” The Co Ops. My last day of “making decisions” will be August 11th. As the owner I had to finally admit to myself I’m not the right person for the job. Especially from an operations perspective. Plus it’s gonna give me a heart attack. My blood pressure and The Co Op just don’t mix. I want Gerald’s. I want Chick-Fila. I want Heavy’s. So I’ve brought in an operations specialist, that I can’t afford, w/ over 25 years of F&B experience. He’s gonna run the show. We don’t have what you all & my staff deserve. I’m buried deep in invoices and repairs. My staff deserves leadership. I’m too concerned w/ the numbers. Every time I walk in Halls and see Billy and Tommy I’m always so impressed w/ how much time they spend w/ the customers. Now I’m not going to touch you all that much but that’s where I want to spend my time. By being on site & the face of the company and having a few minutes each day to post about our business is what I want to do. That is The Co Op. me w/ you all and venting about real life. I’ve been buried deep in numbers, HR bu****it, hiring, physical labor, & I’m terrible at all of it. I burn out my best employees. I have to let someone else handle that. Holding meetings w/ the staff, motivating, over working some, under working others, I’m just not good at it. The numbers are not numbering and that’s on me. Any issue we have is on me and I need someone to know what they are doing to deal w/ the issues. Yes I want to be there to apologize to a customer but I need someone to fix the problem. I just mask it. My management skills are s**t at this point. I am not making my staff better. I want the best for them and I am not that. I’m not F&B. Maybe 20 years ago when I was on Wall Street I had those skills but it’s a different world and I’ve aged out of it. I need the best for these shops and our staff so I’m hiring the best. Maybe if it was still 1 shop on SI I could survive but I’m responsible for too many employees now to not give them the best option. Damn I’m old. Putting my staff in the best position is going to put our customers in the best position.

What celebrity have you seen at The Co Op? Peyton Manning came in yesterday so I asked the staff what celebs they have seen at the shops. Let us know who you have seen in the shops. Here we go. The cast of OBX along w/ Kelsea Ballerini. The staff would lose their s**t and try to sneak photos of Chase. He’s so dreamy! That cast is just awesome though. Madelyn Cline ❤️. Never saw Rafe though. The entire cast of The Righteous Gemstones. Tony is the greatest human on the planet. In the early days Edi and Cassidy would sit there for hours on days off and just talk to anyone. They are insanely awesome. Adam DeVine coming in w/ Chloe Bridges and he would always take pictures w/ anyone that asked. Such a great group of people. Andie McDowell. Stephen Colbert during the summers. John Stewart came in once. Baylen Levine. Oh Uma Thurman came in. Thomas Gibson. He’s honestly the best guy ever. Michelle Williams. Yes, she’s had The Co Op. Shep & Madison from Southern Charmed. The staff loves Shep. And I love Madison. Incredibly nice and friendly. Busy Philips. She’s perfect. Britney Snow. Hootie. And some of the Blowfish. Walter Goggins would come in w/ McBride. Peyton Manning, Shane Beamer, drawing a blank on other athletes. Who am I missing? Let me know.

Whose jump is better? Annual jump off of Willie T’s. A day away from the kids. Alcohol was consumed. Liza tapped out around 5 PM. I made it to dinner but don’t remember. Only way to survive today is to get back after it. Black outs, headaches, back aches, & sunburns. That is how we ride. We recover next week.

Grindr is how much a month? Sorry for the thirst traps, my daughter picked her favorite 3 where I look “the least fat dad”. Anyway, 18 months ago after a 5 hour open heart surgery, I needed help just walking up the stairs, had to sit in a chair to shower, and the meds were brutal. Now I’m goofing on myself but also a little proud for the work I’ve put in. But this isn’t about me, it’s about the 3 men who have helped me feel like I’m 30 again. Im 50. I’ve tagged the 3 businesses if any husbands, boyfriends, or friends have any nagging injuries, low energy, or just want to get in shape. First up is Dr. Jeremiah Jimmerson. I’m pain free from any nagging injuries. Short version is 16 years ago he saved my life as I was about to go on long term disability due to head pain that kept being diagnosed as headaches. Jimmerson figured out it was neck pain shooting up into my head on the first visit and I was fixed w/in 6 visits. I’ve seen him ever since for any back, neck, shoulder issues. He is a genius. Dr. Kubinski, who runs The Men’s Center, is a urologist that specializes in “men’s stuff”. I came in w/ low energy. He put me on a low dose of TRT and it solved everything. Such a game changer for my life. He’s also very knowledgeable w/ some of the peptides that are very hot right now. Glp-1s for fat loss, or peptides for muscle recovery, etc. I’m super comfortable asking him or his team about anything and he has the answer. Bottom line is I trust him. Blood work on the reg w/ his incredible team to make sure we are on the right path. I am so grateful that I found The Men’s Center. When I turned 50 I wanted to get into shape so I reached out to Eric. He runs Bach Performance. Eric is an animal. Think male model w/ a side of SWOL. He knows absolutely everything. Not only are my workouts focusing on technique but he wants you doing food journals, weight check ins, progress photos, etc. He’s got group texts to join, ask questions, connect w/ others. I’ve gained muscle and lost fat on Eric’s programs and that was my goal. I’m at 12.4% body fat because of all 3 of these men. Check these boys out if you have any of these issues. ❤️

I’ve lost all my creativity as I’m on Lexapro so now I just steal great ideas. So I ripped off the Blizzard from DQ & have created the Hurricane! It is delicious. Now we all know our soft serve machine breaks weekly but it’s currently fixed and we can’t wait to make these Hurricanes for you all 4th of July weekend. Currently only at our IOP location. Try the Sharknado which is your favorite Hurricane & then we add sharks and blood to it. It’s not real shark & blood, it’s gummies and strawberry puree. Unless the staff accidentally cuts a finger on the slicer then who knows. We have Oreo and M&M’s and a few others!! My favorite is Oreo. And yes we can turn it upside down for you if needed. It’s gonna be such a s**tshow on the islands this weekend so come on in and cool off w/ a hurricane. Well our ACs are s**t so it will be hot in the shops but the Hurricane w/ fix all of that.

So wanted to give some advice to the public about eating a$$. I saw a woman posting about this & I thought I needed to add a few things to keep all of us safe out there. So let’s break this down. The past few years p**n has really increased the eating of a man’s a$$ by a woman. I’ve yet to see it on Days of our Lives but eating a$$ has gotten some popularity in the mainstream. I’m sure Euphoria has brought it up. Eating a$$ is also known as tossing salad. By the way, The Co Op offers 3 salads on our menu but tossing your salad is not one of them. If there is to be any eating of the a$$ it should only be a man doing it to a woman. Men are animals. We can risk the parasites or worms we may acquire when performing this act. A h***y man has no limits. We are wild animals. I am scared to shake a person’s hand as germs freak me out but when I’m doing the s*xy time, that goes out the window. But women, you do not need to be anywhere near a man’s a$$. If you are a woman and have eaten a man’s a$$ well god bless you but I think you should stop. Men are the most disgusting things on earth. Easily. Walking into a men’s bathroom at an airport is one of the worst experiences a human can have. The noises we make are things out of this world. The things stuck in the toilet bowl even OUT of the toilet bowl are not from this world. I’ve seen things stuck so high up on the wall above the toilet that go against the laws of physics. Ladies do not be anywhere near a man’s a$$. Skip the eating of the man’s a$$ and probably the an s*x. I think maybe it’s okay for a man to eat a women’s a$$. Not sure. But stay away from our a$$es. We are disgusting. I’m not sure how this became a movement but do not partake in these games. Apologies if you are a big a$$ eater. You do you, just be safe out there Charleston. Also, I’m not a doctor so maybe all of this is safe. Thoughts on eating a$$? Please comment.
