Our steam table is a must have for anyone that serves food. Hot food Fasure Your plate is Luke warm 110 degrees because those candles don’t handle the wind. This backyard is dressed nicely with Gstacks everything. Uncle Carlos.

If you have never smoked meat on a real smoker doit before you finish growing up. Make sure it’s 1/4” pipe .0250 that’s the difference! Same size fire box as the diameter of the pipe Minimum 5” of exhaust with good air flow just add wood and coal with a super tight seal and it’ll make you appreciate the Art of bbq a whole lot more. This is why I started Gstacks. Because I know there’s a difference and you will too. Our smokers are sold by the foot. Offset stick burners are $700 per foot and reverse flow smokers are $800 per foot. You choose the length. As the summer ends this 5’ unit will be a special sale price at $3250 Reverse flow $3500 on trailer $4500! Thank me later.

Catering made way easier! The steam table trailer exhaust for a reason. Not seen in the scene but definitely 💯 a winner before the winter. These are great to have serve from and leave.
