Our Story

At Sugarfuse! Bakery and Roastery we invite you to come in (or dash in and out) and enjoy a coffee, latte, gourmet hot cocoa with house made marshmallows, iced coffee or any one of our amazing drinks. You can also pick up some scratch made baked goods like Brioche Pecan Sticky Buns, Cinnamon rolls or a Danish: Bacon (!), Cheese (made with vanilla bean), Dutch Apple, Raspberry, etc.

We have a pretty diverse lineup so here are some high points. For more, be sure to visit our website at www.Sugarfuse.com. COFFEE: We roast coffee beans in house. The roaster is a beautiful machine and allows us to carefully craft bespoke roasts that bring out all the nuances of beans from all regions. Speaking of beans, we use ethically sourced and organic when possible. They cost us more, but they 1.) Produce an exemplary cup of coffee & base for our espresso drinks, and 2.) It’s the right thing for the farmers and the planet. We also make our own syrups. We take the time to craft every aspect of your Sugarfuse! experience to give you the very best we can offer.

PASTRIES: We listed above some of our baked goods. It’s an ever evolving lineup of treats that focus on old world traditions mixed with some new and exciting techniques and flavors. Our Pepperoni Roll is out of this world and was developed in conjunction with Park St. Pizza.

DOUGHNUTS: We have a mini doughnut bar! When you visit, we’ve already got them fried and you pick from our lineup like Reese’s Pieces, S’mores, Dirt and Worms, Cotton Candy, or pick your own icing and toppings. Kids go crazy for these! CUPCAKES: Our big, beautiful, made from scratch cupcakes started it all. The best seller is Chocolate Peanut Butter and we have some amazing seasonal flavors. Cupcakes are available daily, but call or order ahead if you’ll be in late in the day as we often sell out. CAKES: From baby’s first smash cake, to grand wedding cakes. We pretty much do it all.
