Friday 10/16. It is a windy rainy morning. We have heard that some people in the area are without power. Our generator will keep us up and running. 🤞It is a very quiet start with no wait currently. Good day to tuck into a stack of pancakes. Today’s specials are banana pancakes in your choice of batter and our house made sausage gravy and biscuits.

Coffee is on! Friday‘s specials are whole wheat pumpkin pancakes or waffles and sausage gravy and biscuits. Please plan on arriving no later than 12:30 to make sure that you get on the waiting list. For the past 5 days we have had to stop adding names to our wait list as it extends past our closing time!

When the clouds started to lift yesterday we could see that the higher mountains had received their first official snowfall!
A few reminders:
Polly’s is closed today so that our staff can get some much needed rest!
We will open back up tomorrow at 7:00.
Woo boy have the last few days been busy! We are very grateful for all the visitors! If you plan on visiting over the next few days we HIGHLY recommend that you plan on arriving early and try to arrive no later than 1 1/2 hours before our stated closing time. For the past 4 days we have had over 115 people on the in person wait list at any given time and that means our wait list exceeds our closing time, thus we have had to stop accepting names well before our closing time. We appreciate your patience and understanding! Enjoy our beautiful north country.
