Polly's Pancake Parlor

On Monday June 1st- Polly’s owners Kathie and Dennis had quite a scare. Their dog Dexter got away from Dennis. Dennis heard yelping, and found Dexter on the double yellow line just above Polly’s. Presumably he was clipped by a car. Dennis and Dexter were helped by so many kind folks, friends and strangers alike, we wanted to update everyone here in hopes some of the folks that stopped to help see this. Dexter, miraculously, only needed stitches above his eye, was kept all afternoon for observation, but got to return home the same day. He’s definitely stiff and sore but the entire family and Polly’s crew is so grateful that was the extent of his injuries. We can’t express our thanks enough to all the folks who stopped to help, your presence was so calming and a reminder of all the good in the world. Dexter is healing up at home and says thank you also!

Also a huge thanks to the team at Companion Pet Care for patching him up and getting us in so quickly!

Good morning! We are open 7AM-3PM today. We have butterscotch chip pancakes (your choice of batter) as our special pancake today. Our entree special is the “Pear”-fect French Toast, pictured below! Come on out and enjoy!

Sharing Harman’s lupine photos. They are just starting to bloom but we are expecting very cool(cold) weather this weekend which will slow their progress.
Today’s specials are granola pancakes in your choice of batter and our house made sausage gravy and biscuits. Open until 3.

It’s Memorial Day Weekend! Summer has arrived here in the North Country. We are open until 3PM today. We have strawberry creme brûlée French toast as an entree special today and apple cinnamon pancakes!

What a beautiful day to start the Memorial Day weekend. We would like to thank the following businesses and individuals for their work the past three weeks. Fall Line Painting LLC for staining the whole building and window boxes, Cameron Sealcoating for maintaining the parking lot, B&B Landscaping for improving our walkways, Top Cleaning & Restoration for the floors , Bill McCarthy, ceiling repair, and Heath's Greenhouse & Nursery and Cassie Bonor for the beautiful window box flowers.
