Yesterday, the Bridgeport farmers market was canceled due to rain. I still brought my business, and we set up in the middle of the parking lot solo. We joked that you could drive through. It was so busy that we sold out by 11:30 AM. No rain came, and we had a great time with all of the clientele.

 We doubled our production for the summer. Demand has been so high we've been running out. Fear not, we are on the job. We're introducing a new flavor at this event, which is our famous Pesto chicken salad made with fresh basil and Parmesan, etc.
