Pavlova!
These Freedom Mini Fruit Pavlovas are a meringue nest filled with seasonal fruits and whipped cream. This was paired with Constant Comment, a citrus and spice black tea.

The Revolutionary Sandwich was created especially for this weekend and has received wonderful reviews! Peppered turkey, tomato, lettuce, prosciutto, and our house-made roasted red pepper aioli come together as a celebration of flavors that our patrons have loved.

One of the desserts for this weekend's Patriotic Picnic tea tasting is the All-American Apple Pie Parfait! 🍎🍏🍎 Apples were prepared perfectly with a blend of spices and placed over a bed of crumbled shortbread. It was then topped with cinnamon whipped cream and freshly grated nutmeg.

The first course of the Patriotic Picnic tea tasting is this Liberty Checkerboard charcuterie tray, which features an array of cubed cheeses with fruits and savories to match the Grand Old Flag!
