This special Da Vinci Bistro wine dinner pairs regional favorites with elegant selections such as sparkling Brut, crisp Passerina, vibrant Pecorino, and rich Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. From prosciutto with roasted plum and Parmigiano to grilled shrimp, crab and asparagus ravioli, roasted sirloin, and a finale of artisan cheeses, each course is designed to highlight Abruzzo’s rustic warmth, coastal freshness, and generous winemaking tradition.
