Being Pizza a comfort food to many,
We are trying and doing our best to serve you better in terms of quality ingredients and the way we handle and process it.
YES, It is more work and time , however, knowing it will be better for our customer, friends and families health no second thought we did it.
Why Sourdough?
If we ask Google , the answer is...
Sourdough is generally healthier and easier to digest than Regular (yeasted) bread due to its long fermentation process, which breaks down Gluten and antinutrients.
Having chewy texture and lower glycemic index.
-Fermentation in Sourdough breaks down phytic acid and Gluten, making it easier to digest and more nutrient-dense ( better absorption of iron, zinc and magnesium).

Thank you all for warming our hearts.
Given the chamce to get sunburn and vitamin SEA was really needed. It was long enough to miss the pleasure of cooking for you guys and short enough to get more of seafood, adventures and be in nature.
January 22nd Thursday is back to reality see you for more stories and little something especially to all our favorite people , big and small😂
