Well everyone, meet “Pork-loin”. She was built a few years ago locally and was used a few times and then the family broke up. She was made to spec but never had the skin completed but cooks well. She is an off-set stick cooker that will be used with the Myron Mixon H2O stick cooker to enhance our wood burning capabilities of our beef and pork.

We will get to work putting a finish on her and then she will work with the others to make tasteful meats! Welcome aboard Pork-loin!!

3 days of catering the VIP tent at the Santiam Stampede. 200 pound of chicken thighs, 200 pounds of pork, 250 pounds of brisket and all the sides each night. Close to 1100 people fed! What a weekend! Thanks to the Stampede and thanks to my entire family for all the help!!
