With beef prices rising daily, it's a blessing to discover an affordable solution that's a game-changer. Whole frozen turkeys were on sale for $0.78/pound the other day, a truly amazing find. This 13 pounder will deliver just over 6 pounds of meat, a yield that's nothing short of incredible. That makes my yield cost less than $2 per pound, a truly uplifting prospect. I’ll show some other beef alternatives over the next couple of posts.

Great when one is snowed in!

I created a delectable "Chicken Cobbler" for a customer and myself, inspired by a viral YouTube video that showcased its simplicity. I added a personal touch by smoking two chickens instead of using store-bought rotisserie chicken and sprinkling some cheddar cheese. It was a true blessing for my customer, who was weathering the storm indoors, and it brought us both joy and satisfaction.
