We have the Frappes ~ a blended latte with espresso OR without OR substitute our frappe mix with FIt Frappe ~ reduce the carbs by more than 1/2 and add 15 Gs of protein for sustaining energy and if you want to bring it up a notch ~ use almond milk ~ oat ~ or coconut ~ to bring the calorie count down by 1/2 or more ~ there are ways to indulge and still feel good βafter the factβ π
