Good morning friends! If you’re going to be in town swing by for lunch. I’ve got smoked pork steaks on the smoker and I smoked several flank steaks for steak tacos today. I’ve also got a few items on sale. Tri tips for $6.99/lb. Chicken legs for $1.99/lb and flank steaks for $12.99/lb. Tomorrow we will be having our prime ribeye sandwiches. Good morning to all my friends! I wanted to send out a reminder that the meat market will be closed Saturday. You still have a chance to order our Labor Day Bundle for $150. It includes:

5lbs ground beef
2 racks baby back ribs
3lbs chicken wings
5lbs pork steaks
2lbs all beef hotdogs
4 bacon wrapped Gouda chicken

I’m having a hard time grasping that it is already Labor Day weekend this coming weekend. Needless to say, I’ve put together a Labor Day Bundle for $150. It includes:
5lbs ground beef
2lbs hot dogs
4 Gouda stuffed bacon wrapped chicken breast
2 racks baby back ribs
3 lbs chicken wings
5 lbs pork steaks

Eric and I are going to be gone Saturday so we will be closed Saturday. Give me a call and place your order for pick up any time during the week. (573)687-2600. I will also have brisket on sale this week along with ground beef for $6.99/lb. Product never lasts very long when we run a sale. Hello everyone! Just a reminder that we are going to be closed tomorrow Thursday 8/6 - Monday 8/10.

We are having smoked meatloaf for lunch today. I do have a few things on sale today. I have some tri tips, chuck roasts and inside round and b/I pork chops all on sale today. I also some some whole chicken on sale as well. The frozen meat will all be 40% off as well.

We are selling hats still, made by Willie Horton with Winner’s Circle Awards for little Charlie Joe Harper. The hats are $40 and all proceeds go Charlie and his family. Please stop by and grab one….or two.

While you’re here getting a hat, our lunch special is smoked pork loin sandwiches or Hawaiian brats.

Also, a heads up that we will be closed Friday but we will be open Saturday. Next week we will be closed Aug 6th-9th. We are going in a float trip.
