And Amatriciana Pasta ...Toasted Black Pepper....pan rendered a bacon...Pasta ..and a Pear Tomato Romano Cheese Sauce. So classic ...like a me!!! We also have Egg a Plant Parmesan.... which is Italian for Egg a Plant Parmesan... Don't tell Giovanni how much I like to hear Bella Mia say...
