Well we finally decided to make a stupidly huge burger. This Smokehouse Smash has two smash patties of Walnut Lane Farm beef, pulled pork, beef brisket, three slices of American cheese, smokehouse aioli and after tasting it I decided it also needed some of our slaw on it. All of that inside a toasted sesame seed Martin's Potato Rolls bun. You may need a flip top head to get a bite, but it’s totally worth it.
