Dinners at Washoku have become even more spectacular, bringing an exclusive event for their guests in the form of Omakase. Directly translated to "I leave it up to you,” the chef will make numerous plates of seasonal favorites for guests to enjoy.
Best experienced in groups of four or more, guests will taste delightful dishes from the lightest to heaviest that will be raw, grilled and simmered. The plates will always include fresh fish and vegetables that are in season, prepared by Chef Washoku who is revered as a bright culinary artist.
Washoku of LA is part of the Chef Katsuya family of restaurants who are Michelin Bib Gourmand and Michelin Plate awarded. To fully to enjoy the Omakase experience sit near the chef to keep an eye on the creativity that will unfold before your eyes, and be prepared to savor the variety of dishes put before you.

Starting at 5:30 pm every evening and only with advance reservations, guests will come in intrigued, leaving fully satisfied.
