Summer is slowly winding down, so I’m making one of Steve’s all-time favorite summertime desserts — Key Lime Pie! But this time, we’re serving it bowl-style! 😋

We’ll also have our smoked peanuts!

Great night in Stuart. Most food we’ve made for Stuart and almost sold out. Did sell out of several things including our new Smokey and the Bacon and Peach Crisp. Thanks to all for coming out and weathering another storm with us. Got a little breezy there for a minute lol. See you guys again Saturday 11-2 at Tractor Supply for Animal Days

This week’s special is Smokey & The Bacon!

Our slow-smoked pulled pork topped with homemade peach bacon jam, crispy jalapeños, and a drizzle of our signature sweet sauce, all served on a brioche bun. Smoky, sweet, savory, and just the right amount of kick!

We’ll also have Peach Crisp made with peaches from Trent Farms and our Smoked Peanuts !

I was able to stop by the farmers market this morning and grab some fresh peaches from Trent Farms, and let me tell you… if you haven’t had their peaches, you definitely need to give them a try! They are hands down some of the best peaches I’ve ever tasted, and the family is just as wonderful as their peaches!

Now it’s time to get in the kitchen and start working on some new recipes…
🍑 Bacon Peach Jam
🍑 Peach Cookies
🍑 Peach Crumble
🍑 Peach BBQ sauce
…and maybe a few other peachy creations!
