Not every steak belongs on a plate with mashed potatoes.

Our Steak Salad Saint Vincent starts with a fire-grilled bistro filet and layers it over crisp greens with sliced beets, goat cheese, sweet drop peppers, red onion, and a balsamic vinaigrette. It’s hearty enough for dinner but fresh enough for lunch. Available on both our brunch and dinner menus starting tomorrow.

Tomorrow marks the start of something new at Martier.

Over the past few months we’ve been refining our menu one dish at a time and we’re excited for you to finally experience it.

This is our Roasted Beet & Fresh Burrata. Fresh burrata layered over thinly sliced roasted beets, finished with candied pecans and a balsamic glaze. It’s one of several new dishes you’ll find as we lean into the bold, fresh flavors that inspired this menu.

Some dishes don't stay weekend specials for long.

While we don't have a photo of it just yet, Chef's new Flame-Broiled Scottish Salmon is making its debut this weekend. It's finished with a soy-ginger glaze and served with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus.

It's one of the newest creations coming out of our kitchen, and we're excited to share it before it officially joins our summer lineup.

Ask your server about this weekend's featured salmon when you join us for dinner.

Something fresh just landed in the kitchen.

Our new Asian Salmon Salad pairs flame-grilled Scottish salmon with crisp romaine, red cabbage, Asian pear, shaved carrots, avocado, candied pecans, crumbled wontons, and our house Asian vinaigrette.
