It’s with a heavy heart that Tom and I made the difficult decision to close Griffin’s Surf and Turf. We have had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people. Guests who have become friends and whom we now consider family. We are so grateful to have been given the opportunity, one that we will cherish always. To all of our past and present staff members, thank you so much for your unwavering dedication and endless support. We could not have done it with out you. We will truly miss you all. -Carli and Tom

Carli worked in the corporate world of HR. She met Tom in 2004 while both working in the hospitality industry. Once they reconnected, Carli fell back in love with the industry and the concept of Griffin’s was born.
