We welcome you to the Kabob House on 6th Street which features Authentic Middle Eastern Cuisine. Chef/Owner Naji, arrived in the US over 44 years ago from Lebanon. The love of his heritage is woven into every meal he prepares. Traditionally, when gathering for a meal it is time to relax and enjoy friendship, food and conversation. e served in small plates and enjoyed with pita bread. The salad course perhaps a light salad tossed in a homemade vinaigrette and topped with feta cheese or Fattoush an assortment of fresh vegetables tossed with romaine lettuce in a lemon vinaigrette then topped with toasted pita chips, the most popular is the labor of love known as Tabbouli, finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, scallions and crushed wheat. The main course can be a combination of kabobs or vegetarian platters such as stuffed grape leaves or falafel often accompanied with rice. All of our delicacies are consistently prepared with fresh vegetables, meats or seafood blended with seasonings from near and far, never overwhelmingly spicy or hot, and often includes garlic.
