Last night was unexpectedly chaotic. Takeout and dine-in orders came pouring in all at once, and despite our team’s best efforts, we struggled to keep up. Food was delayed, customers were frustrated, and our staff was overwhelmed and exhausted.
Toward closing time, we found a handwritten note on the back of a server’s ticket. He said, “Oh, we got a note!” We braced ourselves for another complaint, but instead, it was a THANK YOU — a sweet message praising our food and service. ❤️
After such a tough night, those few kind words meant more than you could imagine.
Most people don’t see what happens behind the kitchen doors — the pressure, the heat, the cuts, the burns, and the exhaustion. Yes, we know it’s our job, and we genuinely love what we do. But we’re human too, and sometimes a little kindness goes a long way.
To the customer who left that note, THANK YOU. You made our night. 🥹❤️
And to everyone who continues to support us and appreciate our food and service, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!
