This month we're excited to recognize Jaxon for all of his hard work and dedication!

Jaxon joined the Joe's family in August 2024 and has been impressing us ever since. He's a quick learner, always willing to jump in where needed, and takes great pride in everything he does. From the kitchen to customer service, his cross-training and positive attitude make him an invaluable part of our team.

Jaxon is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way. He never cuts corners and is always looking for ways to improve. Most importantly, he brings kindness, positivity, and a great attitude to every shift.

When he's not at Joe's, you'll find him performing with the SHS marching band or spending time with his youth group.

If you see Jaxon this week, be sure to give him a high-five, a congratulations, or a quick thank you for all he does! 👏
