Tonight at Grant’s ✨
Faroe Island Seared Salmon, served with quinoa pilaf, heirloom carrots cooked in thyme infused butter, and finished with a silky coconut fennel corn velouté.
And dinner comes with a soundtrack 🎶 Live music featuring davidkarlroberts
Finish the evening with a sweet Blueberry Mille-Feuille made with local blueberries from North Hollow Berry Farm.

Good food, local ingredients, and live music sounds like a pretty perfect Vermont evening. 💙

Coming back is the best compliment. ❤️

When you’re only in Stowe for a few days, there are plenty of places to eat and so much to explore. When guests choose Grant’s twice in the same week, we know we must be doing something right.

We’re so grateful to the guests who make Grant’s part of their Stowe stay and even more grateful when they come back for seconds! We’ll always be happy to see you again. 🥂

Daniel may not have taken home the Seven Daysies title for Best Chef, but that doesn’t change what we already know: Daniel is an incredible chef.

At just 24 years old, being recognized as a finalist alongside some of Vermont’s most talented chefs is something to be incredibly proud of. But for us, Daniel’s talent isn’t something that needs an award to validate.

We see it every day in the creativity he brings to the kitchen, the care he puts into every plate, and the passion he has for what he does. We know how special he is, and we’re so lucky to have him leading the kitchen at Grant’s.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who nominated him, voted for him, and showed him so much love and support throughout this process. Being a finalist is an accomplishment worth celebrating, and Daniel has so much more ahead of him.

We’re proud of you, Chef Daniel. Keep cooking. We know how amazing you are. 👨‍🍳

It’s champagne weather! 🥂
The phrase champagne weather is an old expression for a rainy day—though we’re not entirely sure why. Either way, we think it’s the perfect excuse to stop by Grant’s.
We’re pouring $5 draft beers all day long. (Sorry... not champagne. 😉)
