r a well-outfitted salad bar allowing you to tailor your own salad or choose from our list of Rock’s Kitchen favorite selections like the All American Big ROCK Burger Salad which is very similar to something you are very familiar with at popular fast food chain, that has golden arches, right down to the “special sauce”. Come in for our smoothie bar for a healthy grab and go option where we will have a variety of instantly prepared Smoothies, Protein Shakes and Acai and other Smoothie Bowls. We offer dairy and non dairy options. Choose from our list of Rock’s Kitchen favorite selections or create your own from our always fresh smoothie bar ingredients. For lunch or dinner we offer Rock’s Kitchen gluten free staples like “ROCKslaw” and CCP, which is our spin on low carb, high protein PIZZA. You can also travel the world of flavors by choosing our “Create your own” bowl. You decide the base which consist of many options like zoodles, caulirice, quinoa or greens. Then you choose your lean protein consisting of options like chicken breast, shrimp, ground turkey, sausage or salmon. Lastly, choose your region – this is where the flavor comes in. We have Italian (think alfredo sauce, Mediterranean (think greek gyros), Asian (when you’re in the mood for take out) or Southwestern (earthy and smoky flavors.) We also offer specials of the day which have been a way we can create seasonal entrees that you will surely fall in love with.
