Meet Willoughby 🧀✨ a new addition to the shop, perfect for the 4th of July! 🇺🇸

From Jasper Hill Farm in Vermont, washed with Wölffer Estate Vineyard Cider from right here on Long Island.

It’s buttery, a little funky, and tastes like peaches + roast beef. The rosy-orange rind gets all its magic from that cider bath.

Pasteurized cow’s milk. Perfect with a chilled bottle of rosé or cider.

✨ Introducing “The Myles”

From today until the first day of school, we’re running a special promo named after our 10-year-old son.

Myles has been learning about entrepreneurship by hanging around the shop, and this combo deal was 100% his idea. He even spent the weekend passing out handmade flyers around the village — maybe you saw him!

So here’s the deal: The Myles is live now through September. Every sale goes into a surprise we’re giving him at the end of summer to show him what happens when you work hard on your ideas.
