To All Our Beloved Guests,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Bambu Stony Brook. After an incredible journey of 10 amazing years, filled with unforgettable memories, we have came to a difficult decision to not renew our lease. This has been one of the most difficult decisions we've ever had to make. But after much thought and reflection, we knew it was the right decision for our staff, our families, and the community we love so much. To all our guests, thank u for your support, loyalty, and love over the years that have meant everything to us. You helped us build something truly special. To our staff and team members, you are more than coworkers, you are truly our family. And this place wouldn't have been what it was without each and every one of you. It's hard to find the right words right now, because Bambu wasn't just a restaurant, it was a gathering place, a celebration of culture and cuisine, and a labor of love. Our last day of service will be January 18th. This isn't goodbye, it's more like a see you later. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the memories, the meals, and the moments that you provided each and all of us. Please keep us in your hearts as we move forward and stay tuned for what's next...
