Many has asked if I’m setting up this weekend… I will not have the truck out due to catering a wedding and a birthday party on Saturday the 16th.  , I am catering a funeral on May 25 but I will have the truck out at Harrisburg amphitheater on May 25 for the car show, on Memorial Day. We hope to see you then. The car show is from 4 PM to 8 PM.

A Big Thank you to Hardin county Hospital in Rosiclare Il. For allowing us to serve all of you. Such a great, friendly atmosphere with wonderful staff. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Breakfast will be served… we will have our breakfast burritos, sausage and egg or bacon, an egg and cheese burritos, breakfast bagel sandwiches… bagel with strawberry cream cheese or breakfast bagel sandwich with sausage and egg or bacon and egg and cheese… with our regular lunch menu options! Come and see us!! Hot coffee $1.50. Strawberry or pineapple lemonade $3, sweet Tea $2..

We’re so excited to announce that Colton Rice will be playing for the community this Saturday at the market starting at 10:00!

Bring a lawn chair, buy a meal or some delicious snacks from one of the many food vendors, and relax back to some good ole country music by one of our locals. 🎶
