From peach to apple handpies and beyond. Did you know that we’re an in-house operation from our seasonal flavours, to our roasted coffee + even baked goodies.

Shout out to our sister company, Apple-Butter Bakery Your Favorite Brew Bar’s Favorite Bakery. Once a Stn. Mtn. staple (way before the Costco hype. IYKYK), which relocated to Fayetteville, GA but we get to bring a little bit of that beloved taste wherever we go.

Same nostalgic taste. Made with love. Ya HEARD !!!

Cha!
(pronounced “chah”)

Not the beloved Masala Chai ~ This is our expression of a spiced, milk-based elixir, inspired by our founder’s Jamaican roots and the Indian influence woven into Jamaican food culture.

An old ritual. Familiar. Different. Reimagined.

A SEASONAL BANGER IS BACK !!!

Many of you don’t know the origin of this elixir. Over the years, we realized that, for very valid reasons, some people were hesitant to even step foot inside the Big Ole Plantation-looking historic home that we exist in.

So we leaned into the tension this structure carries. Banana trees were planted against its backdrop to carry the weight of the very complicated story.

Instead of ignoring the tension of this place, we created something from it and introduced “REGGAE BANANA” a crowd fav. Back for a limited time. (avbl. until the leaves fade away).

We just kinda slid back onto social like we never left.

Some of you finally found us (probably thought our account was fake). Many stayed with us through a season of silence. And our day ones? Our day ones been with us since before we even had an official sign.

IYKYK.
We don’t take that lightly. Mad love.

But real talk, after our attempt to open gilly 2.0, we needed time to regroup. We chose not to make our burnout your burden. Instead, we took the L and got back to building.

Who remembers when we had no exterior sign ???

We debuted our latest addition (gillly. ) in Fayetteville with our Sistah Concept, Woodstone Bakery & Cafe, for Juneteenth.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then in July, it rolled its way over to Midtown at Station 11 for Coffee and Private.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But this Saturday, we’re pulling up to home base in Stn. Mtn. Village The Mayors House
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’ve ever taken an L, bring your family, your friends, your enemies, your right foot and let’s have a day party for the one time.

Three L’s? We don’t take L’s; we just accidentally spell them lol

This was not intentional, it was definitely a typo. We didn’t even notice it till after the fact, then we laughed and embraced it to the max.

And so you have it. We messed around and got us a cart, so expect to find us popping up in your hood, on your block, wherever the people are and places a cart probably shouldn’t be.

gilly Fam — we’re hiring!

We’re not just filling positions, we’re looking to grow with like-minded people who desire to shape meaningful relationships.

gilly is expanding, and we’re looking for those who carry both excellence and edge; people who value community, take pride in their work, and show up with intention.

If you’re willing to disrupt, adapt and spill light in the everyday rhythms of a brew bar and understand that what we do is bigger than us, it’s a shift in café culture, there’s a place for you here.

Current Openings:
Stn. Mtn. Village: Bar Lead, Barista, Bar Back
Atlanta (GSU): Manager, Bar Lead, Barista, Bar Back, Baker
