That’s a wrap on another great summer of co****le at YCSH! Congratulations to our 2026 Co****le Tournament Series Champions!

Congratulations to our 2026 YCSH Sailing Award winners! ⛵️

This year’s Flying Scot Club Championship was awarded to Kristian Weeder and Kevin Fischer, who took first place in the Club Series. Congratulations as well to Joe Calvitti and Jackie Calvitti, who finished second, and Samuel Thomas and crew, who finished third.

We are also proud to recognize Perry Conte, recipient of the Gowen-McNeill Award for Sportsmanship in Sailing, and Joe Calvitti, who represented YCSH with a third-place finish in the AYC/YCSH Interclub Series.

Our sailing traditions continue year after year because of the members who get out on the water, compete, support one another and remain dedicated to the sport. Thank you to all of our YCSH sailors for continuing to make sailing such an important part of our club, and to our Safety Patrol, whose time and commitment on the water help make each race and sailing event possible.

A gorgeous night, a beautiful sunset, and a Labor Day Luau to remember! 🌺🌅 Thank you to everyone who joined us for a festive evening at YCSH, and a special thank you to committee chairs Lil Nicolette and Al Delia for all of their hard work planning this fabulous evening!

Comedy Night was a successful night with lots of laughter! Joe Conklin and his opening acts, including a few of members who came prepared with punchlines of their own, kept the crowd laughing all evening. A night of great pours, great ci**rs & even better company. 🥃💨

Our Scotch, Wh***ey & Bourbon Tasting and Cigar Lounge was a huge hit! Members loved taking the event up to the Sail Deck this year, making for the perfect setting to sip, smoke and enjoy another summer night at YCSH.

A huge thank you to Tim & Tom Powers and Charlie DiGuiglielmo for chairing the event, as well as Miles Truesdell, for bringing the Cigar Lounge to life!
