Some new and exciting news coming very soon… We are changing our name, going mobile, but still serving the food you loved.

We are in the process of finishing our food truck and awaiting permits - and while we wait, perfecting some of your favorites!

We will let you know when we are ready and hope you are ready too!

It’s been awhile since I made a lemon blueberry cake - this is a lemon blueberry bundt cake from scratch with lemon zest and powdered sugar on top made for my husband’s birthday.

One of the new sandwiches I have been working on, taste tested and approve.

Freshly baked, lightly toasted sourdough with thick sliced roasted turkey, honey ham, smoked gouda, white cheddar, baby tomatoes, sweet onion, lettuce and mayo. It is definitely a two handed sandwich!

The cake is a made from scratch vanilla cake with freshly made strawberry puree. I love cake without icing. Our next challenge is a 7 layer chocolate cake… we are so ready for fall and bringing some of our favorites back to you.

Perfecting some recipes and learning how to use my Blackstone’s for this fall. Philly Cheesesteak along with Breaded tenderlion’s will definitely be a food truck staple. Still working on what sides will work best! My family is so happy I have finally got my philly steak how I want it, they have had quite a few recently! Tender, flavorful steak and the perfect roll are key. Learning to cook on a “griddle” verses a stove has been a bit challenging for me. I have never used a “recipe” but now have one to cook quantities on my blackstone. 😂😂. Hope all of you are well! We are super excited with the progress we have made!

Congrats to our Varsity Cheer Team and Head Coach Morgan Torres for finishing in 1st place in the small varsity cheer and 5th place in dance at UCA Cheer Camp hosted at Purdue University. Our girls also received Most Improved overall award!
