Genova Bakery is a family-owned, value-driven bakery in the heart of Stockton, California. An old world Italian deli serving made-to-order sandwiches & breads from our historic corner storefront. Our vision has not changed since the day that we opened: Create the best breads ever!

This week we are proud to recognize National EMS Week: May 17–23!

Every year, we handwrite notes and donate gift cards to our local EMTs, paramedics, and first responders as a small way of saying thank you for everything they do.

It's a small gesture for an enormous sacrifice, but we want them to know Genova sees them and appreciates them more than words can say. ❤️

Meet Mary and her wonderful family! Look closely, because two of them are proudly wearing their Genova aprons!

Her grandfather Andrew Vossos introduced this family to Genova when they were small children. Andrew was full Greek, their grandmother full Italian, from the hill country above Genoa, Italy. And decades later, they are still coming back for Genova bread.
