We are one day closer to weekend dinner service at FED!
Being a small business means being able to make adjustments and keep up with trends. When your dinner sales are low, you have to find a way to get them up. And if you can't find a way to get them up, then you have to get rid of dinner.
When the sales aren't there to support the expenses like rising food costs and labor required to prepare and serve a full dinner menu, then there is no choice but to scale back.
This year, we have limited our full dinner service to two nights a week. It was simply not cost effective to source and prepare the higher cost items on our dinner menu the rest of the week.
We are now serving dinner on Friday and Saturday nights only, from 4pm to 9pm, by reservation only.

The rest of week we are serving a limited bar menu featuring our delicious burgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, and other appetizers.
We are a small business with a small kitchen and a small staff. We are not able to accommodate large parties. Our focus and priority is to cater to smaller groups that we can provide the best service and experience to.
