Tiger Milk Boba is a Stockton Based authentic bubble tea company. We are looking for someone who can provide service-based leadership and help drive future growth and expansion. Build your career future with us.

Candidate Qualifications:

Previous management experience required, preferably in food service industries
Have the ability to manage a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Friendly demeanor, outgoing and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Takes a pride in providing excellent customer service
Enjoy educating customer and employees about our drinks
Lead by example and always put the team first
Working familiarity with popular social media platforms
Job Responsibilities:

Work 35+ hours per week. Must be available on weekends and holidays
Foster and build a positive work environment
Manage inventory
Create and equitable schedule and ensure proper staffing
Hire and manage staff
Maintain corporate standards and ensure compliance to health department and local regulation
Job Type: Full-time
