It is with a mix of great sadness & joy, to announce our Retirement of Payters Grill. Our family owned restaurant, of 41 & a half years, on Monday, September 6th will be our last day open. The Pijl’s would like to thank the customers and employees who have made the last 40+ years possible.

It has been a joy & dream fulfilled to serve you, our patrons, friends & family from what we bought as a drive in restaurant to building & rebuilding this establishment alongside our 4 children growing up & working beside us.
It has been a pleasure to have been a part of your lives on this journey and we can’t thank you enough for the impact on ours.

To our customers both past and present, some of who we have seen almost daily, your loyalty has meant so much to us. Without you we would have never enjoyed such a long ride.

Thank you to all of our employees, who have been like family and given your best, to ensure the success of Payters grill. We will never forget you and the memories we’ve made together.

To Lincoln Center, family & community, and our suppliers, we truly appreciate your tremendous support and best wishes as we close this chapter. It has been a privilege.

And lastly we are so happy to pass the torch along to new owners, Matt & Tori Ortiz of Heirloom Kitchen who will continue with the family owned businesses that have made Lincoln Center so special! Congratulations and Best of luck!
