We’re celebrating an inspirational woman behind not one, but two restaurants in Stockton! 9 years ago Ae began with a vision for THAI ME UP, fueled by her passion for Thai cuisine and a desire to share its rich flavors with the community. Building on the success of THAI ME UP, she launched LAO, DER! in 2022 located at 5646 N. Pershing Ave further enriching the local food scene with authentic Lao specialties. She’s an incredible woman who loves what she does and is always happy to have a great conversation with her patrons.

We hope that everyone who visits either of her restaurants has the chance to meet Ae and get inspired by her passion for life and her love of food!
