We have been asked time and time again if we were going to add Brunswick Stew to the menu. So here ya go!
🔥 NEW TO THE MENU — BRUNSWICK STEW v 1.0 🤭

Some things don’t need reinventing. They just need to be done right.
Starting TONIGHT at 5 PM, we’re serving our House-Made Brunswick Stew — a Southern BBQ classic built from scratch with smoked brisket, pulled pork and tender chicken, slow cooked with tomatoes, sweet corn and our Sweet Rebel BBQ sauce.
Rich. Smoky. Hearty.
No cans of premade stew. No shortcuts. Made from scratch right here at Disruption BBQ.

Live Fire Thursday is TOMORROW 5-9 and the pork steaks move fast.
We’re throwing it down on the live coals like we usually do, no shortcuts, that good live fire heat with a little Georgia soul mixed in.

Hey Disruption BBQ fam!
Help us make some noise and get Paul out here to the food scene that’s always chasing the big names and stuck “inside the perimeter.”
There’s a bunch of badass little mom-and-pop spots on the south side “outside the perimeter”that often get overlooked. Time to put Stockbridge on the map!

Okay, IF I decided to do another BBQ Week later this month like I did back in early 2025 -- and visited a different North GA/Metro ATL BBQ joint every morning for a week on Good Day Atlanta -- which ones would need to be on my list????
Just a reminder that last year, I visited:
-Bigun's Barbeque
-Character's famous BBQ
-Fresh Air Barbecue
-Hudson's Hickory House
-Jim's Smokin' Que..so I'm looking for five more "can't miss" spots. Ribs...wings...brisket...BRING IT ON!!!!! Drop suggestions in the comments below and we'll see if the stars align for another epic week on GDA!

It's that time again, Live Fire Thursdays isn’t a promo. It’s just what we do week to week, real wood, real smoke.
The Smoked Pork Steaks are the peoples choice so that's what it's going to be. Thick-cut, slow-smoked and dam near fork tender!
5–9PM. Be there or keep eating boring.

And Tonight's side are our Hot Honey Garlic Brussel Sprouts, a nice complement to the Pork Steak which has also been a fan favorite so we have brought them back for the entire weekend.😉
