Good morning!

We're giving it a chance today. 😅

We'll be open, but you'll notice we've got one set of shades drawn and one set of lights off, and whole cooler turned off to help keep the building a little cooler.

If our **OPEN** signs are lit and the sandwich board is out front, come on in—we're here!

After the heat wave a couple of weeks ago, we learned something...

When the heat index is pushing 100°+ (today's around 104°?!), our A/C just can't keep up. Between the oven and all the equipment running in this old building, it simply can't cool the place enough.

Unfortunately, our pockets aren't deep enough for the excess strain and use either, so we've made the decision to close for today and not try to fight it.

Stay cool, drink plenty of water, and we'll see you soon! ☀️

Happy start to another hot week!

Our salad bar is open and ready... with one little plot twist: no lettuce today. 🌮 Which means it's the perfect excuse to build yourself a taco salad instead!

Sandwiches are made and waiting! They're dressed simply with meat and cheese, but if you'd like leaf lettuce and tomato, that's your choice, just ask. We've got you covered.

📣 Hometown Haven Bed & Breakfast Open House! 📣

Good morning, Stockbridge! ❤️
We’re thrilled to invite everyone in our community to the Hometown Haven B&B Community Open House Saturday, August 1st between the hours of noon and 2PM!

Come tour the property and see all the beautiful work we’ve done at:
487 E. Elizabeth St., Stockbridge, MI 49285

We’ll have the grill fired up with fresh hamburgers & hot dogs, cold soda, chips, and plenty of goody trays — all free for anyone who stops by! Bring the family, say hello, and enjoy some good food while you explore.

Please note: This will be the only time the property will be open to the public. Starting at 2:00 PM on August 1st, Hometown Haven becomes a private residential home with guests on site. We kindly ask that everyone please respect it as such moving forward.

We officially open for reservations on August 3rd and can’t wait to welcome our first guests while continuing to be a warm, welcoming part of the Stockbridge community.
