Hey everyone, I'm Thomas, the new owner of the Iron Buffalo Saloon.
I'm 31 years old, born and raised most my life right here in Wisconsin, and if you know me, you know I love motorcycles, Outdoors & am an old soul. I've always been drawn to bike & car events, great people, good food, live music, and places where everyone feels like family.
Long before I ever considered the venture of buying the Iron Buffalo, I was a customer. I have a lot of great memories here, just like many of you. Rides with friends & family that always lead to a stop here! That's one of the reasons I decided to take this leap. It was hard watching a place with so much history and so much potential lose some of what made it special.
I've heard a lot of people say, "It'll never be like it was with the previous owners."
And you know what? You're right.
It won't.
Because we're not trying to erase the past or replace the memories that were made here. Those memories belong to the people who built this place and the community that supported it for years.
What we're going to do is write the next chapter. We're going to bring new energy, new ideas, and a new generation into a place that deserves to be thriving again, while respecting everything that made the Iron Buffalo special in the first place.
Whether you ride a motorcycle, come for the pizza, enjoy live music, or just want a cold drink after work, I want this to be a place where everyone feels welcome.
This isn't just about reopening a bar. It's about bringing back a hometown gathering place where old friends reconnect, new friendships are made, and memories continue to be created.
I can't promise perfection, but I can promise hard work, listening to the community, and giving everything I've got to make the Iron Buffalo a place we're all proud of again.
I hope you'll come along for the ride. I can't wait to meet all of you, hear your stories, and build something special together.
